- Buyer works directly with a licensed agent who is working in-house with the builder
- Buyer registers online as an direct service client before their 2nd site visit*
Agent:
- answers questions
- fills out contract
- helps buyer onsite with colors & options
- meets with buyer up to 2 total times**
Buyer:
- does all initial research
- makes individual site visits
- submits an offer online
- negotiates contract Agent:

- fills out contract

- meets with buyer up to 2 total times**
Internet Sales Agent will rebate 1.5% of the purchase price for either closing costs, prepaids, or upgrades, on top of any other seller concessions such as buyer bonuses, etc.
*Standard site registration policies apply. If buyer is not registered by their 2nd visit, they will not be eligible for the direct service rebate.
**If more than 2 meetings are required, buyer will transition to the guided service track and will not be eligible for the direct service rebate
