The internet has given tremendous amounts of information to homebuyers and they are better equipped to control their own transactions than in the past. Recognizing this, our sales program works on three distinct tracks: direct service, guided service and outside service.

Every purchase, like every person, is different, so we offer these three tracks to allow homebuyers to tailor their home purchasing experience to their needs. Each track offers different advantages and obligations in terms of what roles the homebuyer and agent plays. Find Your Route

 

Internet Sales

Our Internet Sales Program. In this route, you'll work with our Internet Sales Specialist to complete the purchase and sale of your new home and receive a 1.5% rebate on the total sale price.

Community Sales

With our Community Sales, you will work with our on site Community Sales Manager to guide you through every step of the decision and purchase process. 

Outside Agent Sales

Outside Agent Sales is the tradition real estate agent route. You'll work with an outside agent to purchase your new home. Keep in mind that agency relationships vary widely depending on the agreement with the individual agent.

How it Works

 

1. Register Online

This in no way obligates you to continue with our internet sales program, but if you don't register ONLINE by your 2nd visit to any of our sites, you won't be eligible for the program. So why not cover your bases? Once you register, Carrie Freeman, our licensed Internet Sales Specialist, will contact you.

 

 

2. Make a preliminary offer online

Again, this in no way obligates you to buy a house this way, but it does set the framework for the contract Carrie will set up. Once you've submitted the online offer form, Carrie will contact you to create a formal purchase and sale agreement based on the acceptance of the offer outlined on the submitted offer form

 

 

3. ONCE THE OFFER IS ACCEPTED

We can get down to the business of building your home! Carrie will be available to meet with you in person up to two times, including selecting colors and options, but is always available by phone or email during normal business hours.

Sound too good to be true? This program is for all our communities and designed for people who are a bit more savvy, have already gone through the home buying process, and don't need someone to hold their hand through the process.
