Please use the following Request for Warranty Service form to notify us of any items in your home that require warranty attention. While we strive to build a home without imperfections, we are realistic enough to know that, with repeated use, an item in the home may fail to perform as it should. When this occurs, we will make necessary corrections so the item meets our Warranty and Performance Guidelines. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to set up an appointment for an inspection or for service within two business days. Our customer service department is available for appointments Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If this is an after-hours emergency, please use the information provided to you in your homeowner orientation.
