Sales Center: Open Weekends and Monday, 11 am to 6 pm
From I-5: Take the NE 205th St/SR 104 exit #177 and go east. Go left at light onto NE 205th Street. Left on Cedar Way, then right on 228th Street SW. Turn right onto Brier Road. Sunbrook entrance will be on the left, right before the King County line.
From I-405: Take SR-522 exit #23 and go west. Follow 522 west as it becomes Bothell Way. Turn right onto 61st Ave NE. Go left at NE 193rd, the bear right onto 56th Ave NE. This will become 55th, then Brier Road. Sunbrook will be on the right just past the Snohomish County line.
