As a Real Estate Agent, you’re very important to us.
In fact, you are the key to everything of value that happens in our industry sales. We are excited to be able to partner with you and reward your efforts.
We pay commissions on two levels:
FIRST, you personally come with your client on their first or second visit and register them on a sign in sheet. It’s as simple as that, but very important so we have the record that they are your client! We keep these on file for one year and protect your commission. This will earn you a selling office commission on the sales price, less any incentives, concessions, and buyer options or upgrades, which we'll pay to you at closing. Selling office commissions vary by community, so be sure to check the NWMLS or contact the Community Sales Manager for more information.
SECOND, you make on offer on the behalf of a customer that you were unable to accompany to their first or second visit to the community. This will earn you a selling office commission of 1% of the sales price, less any incentives, concessions, and buyer options or upgrades, which we'll pay at closing.

BUILDER'S DOCUMENTATION REQUEST
In our effort to keep things as simple and straightforward as possible for you, we use standard NWMLS forms for almost all of our purchase contracts. However, there are builders addendums that need to be included for each of our communities.
To request a package of the builder forms that will save you time when presenting an offer, please contact the community sales manager for the neighborhood your client is considering. We will respond promptly and get you any information you need.

Internet Sales Specialist
Carrie has been a full-time real estate broker in our area for more than fifteen years. In 1999, she founded an interior design and home staging company, which flourished until sold in 2004 so she could transition to new home sales exclusively. Her dynamic real estate and design background made her an extremely valuable addition to our sales and design teams in 2010. She is a true Seattleite who could never imagine living anywhere else. She has lived in the Bothell area for the last fifteen years with her family.

Community Sales Manager
Janet brings a unique perspective with the majority of her background in sales and admin in the technology industry, but didn’t really find her niche until she found real estate. As a part of Sundquist Homes, she feels honored to be connecting with people and guiding them on such a significant part of their lives by helping them find a quality home. She also loves using her technology background to keep in touch with buyers and share information, tools, and ideas that are helpful to homeowners through social media. She loves Washington and has lived in the Bothell area for over seventeen years with her husband and her two teenagers. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and being outdoors (weather permitting!).

Jeff is truly a “jack-of-all-trades,” but unlike the old saying, he is a master of many. He started his career in broadcasting, then discovered sales, working in construction and insurance before finding his niche in real estate. After obtaining his license over a decade ago, he has been ranked as one of the top 1% of agents, at least when he isn’t taking a break from sales to open and manage new real estate offices, along with training and mentoring new agents there. His knowledge and experience have now lead him to new construction with Sundquist Homes, where he loves to help buyers find the perfect place to call home. As a thirty-five+ year resident of Washington State, he brings a truly local understanding to the sales process. When he is not working, he loves to spend time with his two children, wearing black t-shirts, and writing long emails torturing his co-workers with his wit. (and sometimes they even laugh!)

Maggie began her real estate career in California before moving to the area in the 1990s. She discovered her niche in 2002 and has been selling new homes ever since. She brings a tremendous depth of knowledge to her buyers, as she has successfully guided many people through the real estate boom and beyond, and has helped them find places to call home in anything from large urban condominium buildings to intimate single family communities. She loves the energy of meeting new people every day and assisting them in finding whatever home best suits their lifestyle. She loves living in Seattle, walking her bichon–shitzu mix Phinney, sending money to her daughter in college, and meeting new friends.
