Kristina M. Sundquist – Sales and Marketing Director
Kristi Sundquist joined the Sundquist Homes Family of Companies in 2002. Initially, she worked in sales and as an assistant to our attorneys on condominium litigation. She then spent several years assisting in land acquisition. The past seven years she has managed marketing, taking control of all product selection, color selection, marketing planning, design, and implementation. Most recently, she has taken on the management of the sales team.
Her approach to the sales and marketing philosophy at Sundquist is collaborative, leveraging the combined experience, guidance, and regular participation of the management team and the salespeople. From community conceptualization, to product selection, to sales and marketing plans, their active involvement is the key to Sundquist’s proven sales and marketing strategies.
The whole team meets weekly to both set sales goals and create accountability. Salespeople are licensed with John L. Scott but operate in house, balancing the motivation of commissions with the security of salaried positions. This also provides a vital connection to all stages of the development process. Community planning and positioning is completed well in advance of construction, assuring that both the product and the sales and marketing approach are well-matched to the marketplace.
