As a Real Estate Agent, you’re very important to us.

In fact, you are the key to everything of value that happens in our industry sales. We are excited to be able to partner with you and reward your efforts.

We pay commissions on two levels:

FIRST, You personally come with your client on their first or second visit and
register them on our sign in sheet. It’s as simple as that, but very important so we have the record that they are your client! We keep these on file for one year and protect your commission. You will receive a selling office commission of 3% of the sales price (less any incentives, concessions, and buyer options or upgrades) which we’ll pay to you at closing.

SECOND, Whether your customer has or has not registered you as their agent, but decides to make an offer and you did not accompany them on their first or second visit to the community, you will receive a selling office commission of
1% of the sales price (less any incentives, concessions, and buyer options or upgrades) which we’ll pay at closing.

SUBMITTING AN OFFER. We have made our offer process as simple and stress free for both you and your client as possible. We use a 1-page offer form to negotiate the terms of the agreement prior to writing the Purchase and Sale agreement. Once the terms have been agreed upon on this offer form, our Community Sales Manager will write up the Purchase and Sale agreement (based on agreed upon terms), that includes both MLS forms as well as our Builder’s Addendums and send the Purchase and Sale Agreement to Selling Agent. Terms agreed upon on this offer form are only valid for 24 hours after Community Sales Manager delivers Purchase and Sale Agreement to Selling Agent.
