As a Real Estate Agent, you’re very important to us.

In fact, you are the key to everything of value that happens in our industry sales. We are excited to be able to partner with you and reward your efforts.

We pay commissions on two levels:

FIRST, you personally come with your client on their first or second visit and register them on a sign in sheet. It’s as simple as that, but very important so we have the record that they are your client! We keep these on file for one year and protect your commission. This will earn you a selling office commission on the sales price, less any incentives, concessions, and buyer options or upgrades, which we'll pay to you at closing. Selling office commissions vary by community, so be sure to check the NWMLS or contact the Community Sales Manager for more information.

SECOND, you make on offer on the behalf of a customer that you were unable to accompany to their first or second visit to the community. This will earn you a selling office commission of 1% of the sales price, less any incentives, concessions, and buyer options or upgrades, which we'll pay at closing.
